HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP AND DELIVER
(Preorders excluded) Once we receive your order, it will be dispatched within 1-3 business days after placing it, average delivery time is 5-21 business days, depending where in the world you are.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Our warehouse often processes orders within an hour or two. If we have already processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes or cancellations.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once we pack your order, we email your confirmation with your tracking number (check your spam if you don't see it) But hold on - you won't see any tracking updates until the package is picked up.
If you have an account, you can log in and chek the status of your order anytime by clicking on the tracking number listed in your order. If you do not have an account, go to the "Track Your Shipment" link under Support and enter your tracking number.

Yes! Swappeez ships to anywhere in the world. We offer free worldwide shipping for purchases of $35+.

The great news is, Swappeez sandals have been flying off of our shelves! We’ll do our best to keep you informed when the items you want have been restocked.

We ship your preorder as soon as the items are ready to ship. When they’re ready, we’ll let you know, but it’s safe to assume 3-4 weeks or maybe less.

In order to provide you with affordable prices, all sales are final. However, If you receive an incorrect order or if any of the items are damaged. please contact sales@swappeez.com within 72 hours of delivery. We promise to answer you within 48 hours.
